The Type of Products We Deliver
Deliverables must be usable. If the customer is provided 400 pages of word documents and a dozen spreadsheets, the customer often asks what did I get for my investment of time and money?
Building solutions is an interactive process. Each step is an iterative exercise in marketing and prototyping. The first iterative layer is the customer's management. The second layer is your team. The thrid layer includes your customers and suppliers.
For different reasons and motivations, each is a stakeholder. Each can challenge the effort.
Through interactive design sessions, prototyping, market research, project plan development and budgeting, the entire team has the opportunity to participate in a new vision. With everyone expressing their interest in the solution, the 80% rule has a much better chance of succeeding.
Surpisingly, it is often the business owners or the subject matter experts who have been with the organization the longest (often the same group) who require the most convincing and hand holding.
Everything Matters
1 Second Away
A competitor, a partner, a contractor or new hire is only a second away. The internet, groupware and conferencing technologies places resources on the other side of the globe into the next office
Conceptualization Age
Producing the best product does not guarantee success. With the Information Age transforming to a Conceptualization Age, how products look, how they feel, how they interact with other products and their durability really matters. We can help your organization's transformation to one always looking to future innovations through todays decisions.
Customer Service
Remember when the customer was always right? Today, 'right' means more than ever. Customers can find new suppliers through a Google search. Using social media, a swarm can vote someone off the school board or boycott a dry cleaners. Online universities now compete with the local colleges. Who would of imagined this 20 years ago?
You Are Not Alone
A good reputation is a great place to start. Most customers assume that a known vendor is competent. It is the little things that matter. Usability, likability, efficiency and flexibility are key performance indicators. How fast can your team react to unique customer requirements or customer emergencies?
